This is the conventional way of licensing standard software:

  • The customer gets a non-exclusive right to use the defined Prospero standard software product. The software product is delivered to the customer and is installed in the customer IT.
  • There is a maintenance agreement with the customer for error corrections, hotline support and the delivery of new updates and releases
  • the following services are offered together with the standard software product:
    • implementation and integration services
    • user training for end users and IT administrators
    • consulting services
