In the cooperation model Software as a Service (SaaS) and Application Service Providing (ASP) the customer receives 24×7 a full-service package which includes:
- IT – operation and hosting
- The Prospero software including maintenance and updates
- The delivery of services (e.g. analytical services, training, quality assurance, etc.) according to the individual require- ments of the customer
In the SaaS and ASP service model, the Prospero software runs in the cloud and the customer does not need to worry about hardware, system operation, software installations and updates and configurations. Prospero supports the customer with consulting services according to his requirements.
The SaaS – and ASP – services are provided in private clouds via secured connections. The IT systems meet the high technical and operational outsourcing standards for the financial services industry and are audited annually by an external auditor according to ISAE 3402.
